The Hamilton Immigration Partnership Council (HIPC) with support from Invest in Hamilton and the City of Hamilton is interested in promoting businesses who meet the following requirements:

• Hamilton-based employer who can speak to the direct benefits of hiring a diverse team and embracing the experiences and perspectives of newcomers to Hamilton 
• Able to commit to providing a testimonial or presentation on their experiences to be featured in a video presentation and/or across social media 
• Small businesses are welcome and encouraged to apply
